Bio-Based Film
Crafted from sustainably sourced, carbon-negative sugarcane.
100% Recycled Core
The cushioning center is made by steam-cleaning and bonding foam reclaimed from recycled soft furnishings.
100% Recycled Paper Backing
Unbleached and printed with water-based inks, the backing is made entirely from recycled paper—helping protect forests and the environment.
Green
Tredaire renu® Green is the original sustainable underlay, made from 98% recycled materials and fully recyclable. Ethically sourced throughout, it features a recycled paper backing and a carbon-negative bio-based film. At 9mm thick, it offers excellent heat retention and sound insulation—combining performance with eco-conscious design.
Violet
Introducing Tredaire renu® Violet – a lower-density underlay that uses less foam, yet still delivers great performance. Made from 98% recycled materials and 100% recyclable, it reflects the ethical sourcing of the renu® range, featuring recycled paper backing and a carbon-negative bio-based film. At 9mm thick, it offers excellent heat retention and sound insulation for a comfortable, sustainable home.
Yellow
New from Tredaire, renu® Yellow is an 11mm thick underlay that offers enhanced heat and sound insulation compared to the original 9mm renu® Green. Made from 98% recycled materials and fully recyclable, it’s part of our most ethically sourced underlay range. With recycled paper backing and a carbon-negative bio-based film, renu® Yellow delivers both sustainability and high performance for a warmer, quieter home.
Renu® isn’t just made sustainably—it stays sustainable throughout its life cycle. When your underlay reaches the end of its life, simply return it to us and we’ll recycle it into brand-new rolls of Renu®. That’s true circularity in action.
