Do you fit flooring?
Yes, we fit Carpet, Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT), Wood, and Laminate flooring.
Do you install flooring in commercial spaces?
Yes, we have fitted floors in schools, hospitals, and other businesses.
Do you fit carpet/flooring that you haven’t supplied?
No, we don’t currently offer this service.
How soon can you fit my flooring?
We aim to fit your flooring as soon as possible, depending on our lead times.
Can you fit carpet on stairs?
Yes, we can. We also fit stair runners.
Do you remove old flooring?
Yes, we do, and we hold an environmental waste licence.
Do you offer finance options?
Not at the moment, but we are looking into introducing this in the future.
Do you offer free measures & quotations?
Yes, we offer a no-obligation free measure and quotation service (within a certain mileage).
Can I measure the space myself?
Yes, please visit our Measuring page for guidance.
I’ve measured my floor myself. Do I still need a home visit?
We can provide a provisional quotation based on your measurements. However, we may still need to visit to check your subfloor. Please note, if measurements are incorrect, we cannot be held responsible.
Do I need to clear the room before fitting?
Yes, please ensure rooms are clear on fitting day. If you have any concerns about this, contact us before your fitting.
Is my subfloor suitable?
If you’re unsure, contact our team to arrange a free measure. Our measurer will assess your subfloor during their visit.
How do I clean my carpet?

Why might my carpet & flooring be scheduled over multiple days?
If your subfloor needs extra preparation, it can take two days to complete certain types of flooring. We also have different fitting teams for different products, so to avoid them getting in each other’s way, we may fit carpets on one day and other flooring on another.
